Required Fees


  • Community Amenity Fee: $65 per month (use of amenities)
  • Internet Service Fee (Verizon 300MBps): $40 per month
  • Trash Disposal - Doorstep Pick-up - $45 per month
  • Utility Fee - Water/Sewer - $50 per month
  • Utility Fee - Electric - Third Party Billing
  • Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) liability

Personalized Add-Ons


  • Storage Locker Rental: Monthly, Inquire for Pricing
  • EV Charging: Charged per KWH of use
  • Pet Fee: $60 per month/pet (dog weight limit 30lbs) breed restrictions apply – 2 pet max
  • Verizon Cable & Internet Add ons: Third Party -Resident responsibility
